Goodbye June...Hellllo July!

As we finish up the last week of June with the Telluride Wine Festival...we find ourselves thinking back to some of the amazing moments..and what most Telluridians would call one of the strangest Junes in some time.

The warmth of Summer was slow to arrive and once it was here, seems like Winter did not want to let go..the fairways went from brilliant green to white overnight! Fortunately the snow was short lived and melted away as quickly as it arrived.


The weather cooperated long enough to have one of the most spectacular Balloon Festivals in recent years...if you haven't seen some of the snapshots taken at Balloon Glow, check here. Breathtaking Balloons covered the sky and helped remind us that Summer truly is here.

So, as we look forward to July and some of the great specials that Telluride has for Families, we're excited about the longer days...warmer weather...and seeing the familiar faces that we miss over the winter months. With Golf, Hiking, Mountain Biking or even leisurely strolls down Main Street, there is something enjoyable for just about everyone this time of year. Hopefully we will see you and your family in July...there truly is no better place on earth to be!
